Solved: Outside Phone can't be accede to conference.

When i start a ad hoc conference from a ip phone and invite another ip phone to join the meeting, it was no porblem. but when i invite outside pstn phone(like mobile phone) to join the meeting, the invite operation was failed. i had configred Conference Bridge to ip phones and voice gateway.

my call-manager is 6.0.

what another problem with it?

Make sure all phones talk G711 to the SW CFB, most probably the other call leg is not G711.

Sorry for late response,

i had check the codec on Route gateway.

show voice call status

Yes as you said, it's g729r8. SW CFB can only accept g711? and how to change the codec of the call which outside to PSTN?

i use this config about codec on router:

voice class codec 100
codec preference 1 g711ulaw
codec preference 2 g729r8
!

but just apply at voip dial-peer, can't apply to pots dial-peer.
