I think your question is, is it possible to install a WS-X4448-GB-RJ45 in cat 4506.

We have a customer that have a Cat4006 Chassis with WS-X4448-GB-RJ45 line cards.
Since Cisco has discontinued the device, we want to offer customers a Cat4506.
