Error message when Agent Logins

Hi All,

We are facing a problem when Agent is trying to login from the Cisco Ip phone. Firstly,he enters through Extension Mobility which is perfectly fine.Now, when he tries to enter by pressing the services button for Agent login, he is able to enter username & password but immediatelt error message comes on IP phones DEVICE RESTRICTED,Contact System Administrator.

The setup has been working fine for last one year .Already four agents are working fine.Now, when we want to have another agent ,this message comes.We are using IPCC & CUCM version 5.X
