Dear Sir ,

I want upgrade NAC 4.7.1 from 4.7.0 , but can't running when boot from CD , then I check the error message from CCO and it is a bug.

CSCta19323

No

Memory for crash kernel message seen during 4.7.0 CD install

The message is benign, it is displayed when memory is not configured/allocated for a crash kernel to aid in crash dump. This is displayed by Red Hat and CentOS 5 releases while booting on any system.

How do I fix it ? have any workround ?

thanks

Hello,

Read the bug notes. This message is benign, meaning that it doesn't cause any harm. It gets displayed because it's expecting certain version of a software that isn't there.

Your upgrade process should not be hampered because of this bug. If you're upgrading a 3350, make sure you're using keyboard/monitor to do it and not through serial!

HTH,

Faisal
