waas module keeps rebooting

hi all,

i have this issue with my waas module on my 2811 advse-k9 with waas module 4.0.19, i tried upgrading to 4.1.3b and 4.1.5b but after uploading the cisco waas41.sysimg and writing to flash i was told to reboot the module which i did but it kep on reboot since then. what cld be the issue.

pls help its urgent

Hi,

Using .sysimg is for Recovery procedure when you need to recover a device. The proper way to upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 is to issue CLI command

"copy ftp install "

If you can't get to CLI , then try installing 4.0.x.sysimg and then use CLI command to upgrade "copy ftp install "
