Hi,
Have a CUCM 6.1.2 cluster (1xPub & 1xSub) with HQ site and Branch A. Call recording at the HQ site is done by spanning ports on the switches. Call recording at the Branch A is done via a SIP Trunk to the Recorder (located at Branch A) with this method:
https://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/6_1_1/ccmfeat/fsmr.html
We have discovered that calls at Branch A that are longer than 15 minutes & 2 seconds stops being recorded - the call is only recorded upto 15 min 2 sec and then stops being recorded.
Anyone else experienced anything like this? Is there a SIP parameter that infulences this and can be changed?
Many thnx
charl
