How long should a CUPS upgrade take?

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade CUPS 6.0(4) to 7.0(5) on an MCS7835-H2 using the DVD method.

I started the upgrade at 14:20 and the last output was logged to the screen at 15:56 which is over 90 minutes ago.

I am guessing that the upgrade has stalled. Any tips for verifying this?

Hi,

I think it has been successful even though the web interface does not come up with an "upgrade finished" message.

Using the CLI I see the new version installed on the inactive partition - see below.

admin:show version active
Active Master Version: 6.0.4.1000-4

Active Version Installed Software Options:
localeinstaller
ps-locale-en_GB-6.0.2.1000-1.cop
admin:show version inactive
Inactive Master Version: 7.0.5.10000-18

Inactive Version Installed Software Options:
localeinstaller
ps-locale-en_GB-6.0.2.1000-1.cop

I have attached the upgrade log. If one of the Presence gurus could have a look at it and see whether it looks ok I would be grateful.
