Error Communitcating in DCR Server

Hi All, I have newly installed LMS3.1 and I am facing issue with DCR server. I am unable to configure discovery settings. when ever I try to configure discovery setting I get message error communicating DCR server. DCR server may be down or not running. I did evreything but its not working. I reinstalled LMS twice but same thing happening again. I am not running LMS3.1 on windows and dont have any kind of anti-virus installed on it.

I also upgraded CS to 3.2 version but it did not help.

any idea why its happening. I struggled alot and dont have time to do moe R&D. If any one cal help then it would be a great help.

This is usually indicative of a certificate or hostname problem. Was the hostname of the LMS server changed after installation? Post the output of the pdshow command as well as the dcr.log and DCRServer.log.
