Need help migrating legacy PBX with atypical call handling (B-ACD??)

we are working at migrating a legacy PBX platform to Cisco UC520.

The company has an IVR with 1 submenu with 7 options,

The need is to have an employee be capable of login/logout from the various hunt /ACD groups (log into all groups simultaneously or individually?).

Also, once logged in, they need to be able to know from which IVR menu the call is coming from (maybe displayed on the phone?).

They need to know how many calls are on queue.

Can the Basic ACD feature on UC500 provide all these functionnalities?
