CUBAC Configuration

Hi, i have installed the CUBAC over W2K3 and followed all the steps for installation and configuration. And all luck fine but when I a user logon like operator, he do not reveived no one call in the queue.

When the CTI route point is dialed, the call is forwarded to one of the DN of service device. But I do not see the call in the queue.


Additionally the internal directory do not show any match when I try to do a user search.


Any idea of what can be happening.
