Having input their Pin Number users hear msg "Voicemail server is offline"; however, they can pickup vmail OK. Have re-run permissions wizard; resynchronised MWI and recreated Unity Profile. User's MWI is not being illuminated and no email notifications are forthcoming. User only wishes to change greeting and believes that the problem impacts multiple users; unfortunately, he colleagues could notrecall their PIn Numbers.
