Can't pull historical reports

Hi,

I can no longer pull reports from 20 Nov 2009. If I pull a report for the 19th for an example, it works but nothing after the 20th. I've checked the services on the server and all of them are running.

Do you guys perhaps know what could be the problem?

I have had a similar problem with UCCE 7.0 and found that it could be fixed by restarting the histlogger process on the active logger

I remember correctly); you may want to make haste though, I believe it was only stored for 14 days or so (not sure on that figure) before getting overwritten.

I should've updated this last year already. The problem was with the MSSQL version on the CCX. It had a 2GB limitation. This is something to double check during installation
