My customer has encountered a major issue with his 16 camera solution. Please see the following from the customer:
Clicking the "Main Console" Icon on the desktop gives me the error message "Cannot properly load Database Template, Please reinstall the system to solve this problem". I am unable to view any cameras now since I cannot open the application.
I also encounter the following problems:
Regular viewing does not show clear images in a full screen
Playback mode does not show Clear Images
System reboots often on HDD getting Full (I guess)
Lost complete recorded data on reboot.
Need immediate help. Also, is there a contact number for SBVS support at Cisco?
