Hi,
I have a CUCM installed version 6.1.2.1000-13. Today I tried to enter to: Cisco Unified Serviceability -> Tools -> CDR Analysis and Reporting but I found out that I needed to enter a password. I tried to enter with the user and pass that I use to admin CUCM but this password doesn't work.
Some one told me that sometimes at install you configure a different password for the DataBase. Does any one know how can I do a password recovery for the CDR Analysis and Reporting section?

Is your user already in the CAR admin group??
There is really no PWD recovery, just the users you add to the CAR admin group so they can access the tool
