Error when trying to create Pollers in HUM

I am getting an error while trying to create Pollers in HUM. I am selecting All Devices, All Available Templates, and checking the box for Poll all Instances. After choosing all these options, I click next, then it Poll's the devices to fetch instance information. I click finish, then get a screen that says Adding poller details to DB and updating PollingEngine. After this runs, i get a pop up window that says "Error: Unable to update the database. Check the upm_process.log for more details", and the pollers are not created.

I am attaching a screenshot of the error I get, and a copy of the upm_process.log

You may have to reinit the HUM database, we had to do that for IPM recently, however Im not sure of the exact commands and switches to do that

for HUM.....
