Hello Gajananga,
the process that uses most resources is :
>> 2307 95.5% 99.0% 99.3% ios-base
This should be a SW bug.
What IOS image is running on the device?
Hope to help
Giuseppe

Hello Gajananga,
I couldn't find a direct bug id that matches but I remember in other threads that a bug related to process ios-base had been mentioned in modular IOS and this could apply to your case
A somewhat similar bug is the following:
Crash in ios-base when running 'show ip route' or 'show bgp' commands
Symptom:
A Cat6K running modular IOS version 12.2(33)SXI may crash when running 'sh ip route vrf ..' or 'show bgp ..' commands.
Conditions:
Must be running modular IOS. Not seen in non-modular
Workaround:
None
in your case there is no crash but cpu is very high.
Hope to help
Giuseppe

Hi,
We were adivsed not to use SXH version, as it has some memory leaking problems. Maybe this is what happends in your case.
What is the switching engine CPU usage:
remote command switch show proc cpu | e 0.00
