UCCX agent has two line configured

Hi


How to avoid UCCX routed call and direct Ext call at the same time.

Because IP Phone has two line configured, one is for UCCX ext and another one is Direct Extension.

I would like know whether this will be achievable or Not.

Please advise.. it would be much appreciated.

At present, this is not avoidable. CCX does not care what is happening on other line appearences. It will offer a call to an agent even if they are already talking on another line. It is the agent's responsibility to put themselves in a Not Ready state if they are on another line.
