it is explained in the read me first section

you should be able to see two series of stars on the left bottom:

you can provide a feedback on the post itself using the leftmost or on the links provided using the second series of stars.

be careful because it is a single click move and the leftmost star means 1 the fifth star means 5 and you cannot change your rating once you have clicked.

You need to be logged as in previous netpro forums

I see that stars are grey and doesn't allow to rate, probably a temporary failure of the website  sorry for the explanation above that probably you already know

I have been able to rate a post in another thread so it should work of course I cannot rate my own posts.
