Hi ,
i have backup route in eigrp topology , how much time eigrp will take to make it active when primary route disappeare.
Is it 2 second , any cisco document for it ?

If by backup route you mean a feasible successor then once EIGRP has lost the primary route it should be failry instantaneous because it has no need to qurey any other routers.

Have a look at this white paper on EIGRP -
Note the sentence on the part i have linked to about losing a route and having a feasible successor -
"The network converges instantly..."
