VG224 Configuration with CM 4.3

Well to be brief we have 2 VG224 one of witch recieved water damage do to a leaking AC unit.  We were able to pull off all configuration files from the old VG224 and import them into a new one.  However we cannot get the new VG224 to have any such dial tone.  Both devices are set up with MGCP and you can even ping the new device from the current CM box (Call Manager 4.3).  If anyone has any ideas please help.  Thanks for any information provided.

Depending on if the VG224 is using MGCP or SCCP, you will need to change the Domain Name or MAC Address respectively in CCM admin. Go to Device > Gateway and find the VG224 and change the appropriate value. This should allow the new VG224 to register with Callmanager.
