I have installed Cisco Unity Connection 7.1(2) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1(2) successfully. I have also succesffully integrated them.
I tried to implement Visual Voicemail on Cisco 7941, and I was able to login on the service sucessfuly by entring the right PIN. The issue is that when trying to Play the Voice Mail, I am always prompted to enter the PIN !!! I don't know what the matter is? I am able to delete the Voice Mail via Visual Voicemail, but I CAN'T PLAY the Vocie Mail !
Can you please help me? I am really wondering what could the issue be!
