I just converted to Unity 7 UC and I have one user that does not want to recieve their voicemail via email .wav file. Is there a way to stop the .wav file email to just this one user?
Thankyou for your help
Tom

Create a new user in AD like "John.Smith.voicemail". Create his Unity account using this account instead of "John.Smith"

Not sure why you consider that crazy - Unity uses Exchange or Domino as its mailstore - it's not storing voice messages in a seperate store and then copying/pushing/synching them to Exchange/Domino as you may be assuming. This is what's meant by "unified" messaging - one store, one copy, on source. So you can't tell Unity to just not show voice messages in an inbox... that's where they live. You can use Unity Connection if you want a seperate store and use IMAP to get at them from the desktop but for Unity you'll need to create a hidden mailbox if you wish to have those messages not available in a user's primary inbox.
