I am administrating the network devices of organisation @A@ and @B@

I have got a community string for SNMP. I am gonna use the same one for both organisations.

organisation @B@ can run in GLOUB MODE "show run"

so @B@ know community string for SNMP.

could the @B@ have access to @A@? If yes, HOW to FIX it???

The community strings cannot be encrypted.  That is the nature of community string-based SNMP.  You should consider switching to SNMPv3 which uses hashed user credentials.  In this case, you will not see the credentials in the output of "show run".  See https://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094489.shtml for more on securing SNMP.
