Bug toolkit within RME

Dear friends,


While working on Bug toolkit inside LMS 3.2, i am seeing some columns given as nav and when i click on the Subject (blue hyperlink), i see "null" in the dialog box.  I am using RME 4.3.


The device i select is 6509-e with image 12.3(SXH4)

Is there some bug on this?


Also, is there a search option for "bug description" so that i dont have to root though 1900 bugs to see the bug i am interested in?

I know of no bugs related to this.  If you can reliable reproduce, you should open a TAC service request so this can be analyzed further.  No, you cannot search through bug descriptions in RME's Bug Toolkit.  In fact, the BTK had so many problems in RME that it is generally easier to use the Cisco.com version.  This is why we added the link the Cisco.com version at the bottom of the report generator page.
