All, I have a flash question.  I need to format a flash drive.  Are these flashes hot swappable?  I mean, can I take a flash out of an 1841 and put another one in without powering it off and put another image onto it?  Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes, you can.  After you put the new IOS on it, then you have to reboot the box to load it from the new image.
