Insert Multicast Address

I have cisco 2821 router with 16 FastEthernet Switching module. I am facing a problem that at console a message "Insert multicast address to MARL table failed" appearing constantly. I tried to search it on Internt but could not get anything usefull. Kindly help me out.

this looks like a software based bug

what IOS image is running on the box?
