Here we have the real schema in the attached file.
The problem is the route on the R107 to the 10.255.255.18/32.
Despite the number of the hops and bandwidths route points to the R40 but not to R11.
The another question is how to configure R5 to work with routing anonces only for the net "Office NET 65" (only in the case of disaster the primary channel) and don't redistribute other AREA10 nets to the AREA0?
Now we are using distribute-list BR15-OSPF-IN in Tunnel15 but it seems not good from the design point of view because it doesn't stop propagating routing information from 10 to 0 area.

Hello,
according to R107 point of view as you have provided there is a path in Vlan 1110 between R107 and R5
check if ip address 172.22.0.110 is an ip address of R5. if so the real connections are different then the network diagram and a L3 link exists between R107 and R5 in vlan 1110

Fixed by reading CCIE Routing and Switching Official Exam Guide :)
by recalculating costs on all intermediate links.
The problem was the "ip ospf cost 65000 between" R101 and R18.
