Thanks, I've stack before, but they have always been the same IOS out of the box.

My current switch is this:

Is 192 the size of the IOS? looks like I only have 6.3mb free.

Yes, you only have 6.3mb free left.

I just checked the size of the c3750e-ipbasek9-mz.122-50.SE2.bin is 10.4 MB (10,948,510 bytes)

So, you have to use c3750-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5 on your new switch too to match this one.

1.) What is taking all the space up?

2.) Looks like I have 16mb of Flash?  Can I not delete the current IOS then install the new one?

3.) How can I chekc the size of the current IOS in the flash, it just says 192?

You can delete the current version and install newer IOS while the box is running.  Then when you reboot you will see new IOS version

If you look at your display what you are looking at is not the IOS file it is a directory name which happens to be part of the actual imagename  . Notice the .bin is missing and the file has a "DRWX" in front of it which means a directory .  The actual .bin file and all the html files are inside that directory  and thats whats taking up all your space . 3750's only have enough enough room for 1 image , you will have to delete that directory before adding a new image .   If you need a gui interface you will have to use a .tar file if not use the standard .bin file .   If you do a show boot command you will see it is  directoryname/imagename  such as
