Hi, everyone
I have an integrated 5.0 custer Unity CUCM 5.1.3, when the user goes to your voicemail, the experience a lot of silent time between voicemail prompts an playback of messages lef on the voicemail box. Appreciate any help.

Look at CPU utilization for the prompts and make sure Exchange is also not having problems for the messages.
The prompts are on Unity but the actual messages are in Exchange, so you need to make sure both servers are running smoothly

Check here:
Start---Programs--unity--edit switch utility
Then go to edit and incoming calls and look at your delay before opening. Adjust if necessary

Is the problem happens after entering the password?
You might have MAPI delay from Exchange.
Do you have any ES applied to 5.0? Make sure you apply the latest ES and see
if there's any delay in the MAPI session in the event application log.
