We inherited a cisco wireless lan controller and ofcoarse the prior admin kept no documentation. this a complex setup they have here, so i would like to NOT default the unit. before renewing the support contract with cisco, does anyone know if there is a password recovery procedure that cisco can run through to avoid us having to default the config of the unit?
im not worried about how at the moment, im sure our support contract will take care of that, im just wondering if it is possible.
The problem is we cannot login to the web interface of the wireless lan controller...
