Hello,
we are observing a bad behavior when a hunt group received a call. Every calls appears as a missed calls even they are answered by any memeber of hunt group. This behavior is the same for broadcast, circular or top Down algorithm in hunt group.
Our Call manager is in 7.1.3 version. Does anyone know how we can´t change that?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Daniel,
I'm not sure it will apply to hunt groups but there is a setting for disabling logging missed calls on shared lines that might be worth looking at, it was introduced in 7.1(2)

Hi Daniel,
As you have discovered, anytime a call hits the display on
an IP Phone it is saved/displayed as a "Missed" call. There is no
way to mitigate this other than for "shared lines" on the newest CUCM
releases (as nicely noted by Paul ...+5 Paul )
In your example, the Broadcast Algorithm will generate the most
Missed call displays as every call hits every members phone. If your users
are having trouble discerning if a call came from the Hunt group vs a call
to their personal DN they may find the "Details" softkey handy, as it will show
alot of related info regarding the nature of the call.
Cheers!
