I've been asked to look into whether or not certain phone features like last-call return (*69) etc. work through our phones. I set up a route pattern for *69 and it works, although it takes a while to dial due to the fact that it's only 3 digits. Is there a way to force it to dial rather than timing out and then dialing?
Also, are there any documents or recommendations or setting up these telco features with CUCM?
