CUCM 7.1(3) and *69, *67, *57, etc.

I've been asked to look into whether or not certain phone features like last-call return (*69) etc. work through our phones.  I set up a route pattern for *69 and it works, although it takes a while to dial due to the fact that it's only 3 digits.  Is there a way to force it to dial rather than timing out and then dialing?

Also, are there any documents or recommendations or setting up these telco features with CUCM?

It's weird it waits the IDT, the only explanation would be that there are other DNs in your CUCM that also start with *.

You can certainly configure those DNs as route patterns and check the urgent priority to have them go immediately
