We have a new call manager & cups deployment in our office. We are going live and have found Mac machines running the Mac version of cupc cannot actually make phone calls while on an ipsec vpn. We connect fine to the cups server and we see all the AD queries. Our directory builds out on the units just fine. We can make phone calls as well as video calls. However, audio is not passed either way. Video will pass just fine but you can't hear anything from either party. Cupc does work just fine on those Mac's while they are sitting in our office on the local network so it has something to do with the ASA or ipsec. Windows machines are able to send audio through the ipsec tunnel without issue.
Any ideas or pointers to help us? We're spinning out wheels trying to figure this one out.
