Fax support for UC540 & UC560

Hello,

If OOB configuration through CLI, is not supported for the new UC500 models. Does this mean that there is no support for FAX integration with CUE?

What are the options or Sample configuration guides to receiving Faxes without Fax Machines?

T.37 support in CCA is about to be committed, so sometime next year we will have it implemented.

Do you mean that now, Fax T.37 or T.38 can't be configured for UC540 or UC560?

It can be configured, it just will not be supported until the configuration exists in CCA. Then, the CCA config will be supported.

What Stevens says is correct for T.37. T.38 is enabled by default on the system.

I know it is available through cli as a IOS feature, but as for UC540 & UC560 OOB configuration is not supported, then I assume this is not supported by Cisco. Correct?

That is correct, for the UC540 and for the UC560, it isn't supported yet.
