I've got a Cisco 877-M at home that I want to setup a
tunnel to my ISA server located at work.
Can someone take a look at the attached config and let mne know what is wrong?

David,
Are you hitting any roadblocks in getting connected to the server?

I currently do not have access to the router as I'm offsite and remote access is not enabled. Have to wait until tonight to get more logs.
When I try to ping 192.168.16.5 from 192.168.1.13 to bring up the tunnel I get no response. I had a console session to the router a couple of nights ago and it appeared as though the Phase 1 was not authenticating properly.......
I'm still learning this Cisco IOS admin stuff, so what commands can I use to get more information?
Thanks,
David

A few extra details:
I want to use pre-shared key initially while I get this working.
I want all internet traffic to use the DSL. I want all traffic from each of the LAN networks to be routed over the ipsec. No ports should be by access lists between the 2 LAN's.
