Not able open ACE through https

Hi all,

I am not able to open my primary ACE through gui like https://ipaddress but secondary i can able to open. I able to telnet and http to primary ACE.

Secondly the i checked the secondary ACE is also getting users session even though its in standby mode.

Ace module or Ace appliance ?

Did you verify there is no ACL blocking the traffic somewhere else ?

Can you try from a PC in the same subnet ?

Connection replication is always active, so you may see connections on the standby ...these should be copies of the active connections.

Hi gdufour,

I am using two ace appliance 4710 as active/standby mode.Both the ace connected core switch i am able to access standyby ace.Same i am able access active through http and telnet .

The information you provide is not enough for us to assist you.

Provide the config of the interface you are trying to access.

The config of the management policymap on that interface.

What is the ip address of the client.

Also, make sure you are directly connection so that we can avoid network access-list which could block https traffic but permit http and telnet.
