Cannot trace voice traffic in Campus manager 4.0.13

Encountered a problem trying to trace voice traffic. I have a Callmanager ver. 5.1.3.4000-4 and Campus manager 4.0.13 on LMS 2.6.

When I try to load Voice Trace Query system automatically tries to locate CCM Clusters but unfortunately I get a message saying:"The CCM/Cluster query has finished. No Clusters were located". The Status tab displays the following:

Categorizing CCMs into clusters...
Unable to obtain node ID and database host ID for 172.18.1.2
Ensure that the CCM servicability software is installed and accessible on 172.18.1.2
To troubleshoot this problem, open a web browser and navigate to the following URL:
   http://172.18.1.2/ccn/clusterinfo.asp

Unable to obtain node ID and database host ID for 172.18.2.2
Ensure that the CCM servicability software is installed and accessible on 172.18.2.2
To troubleshoot this problem, open a web browser and navigate to the following URL:
   http://172.18.2.2/ccn/clusterinfo.asp

Unable to obtain node ID and database host ID for 172.18.0.2
Ensure that the CCM servicability software is installed and accessible on 172.18.0.2
To troubleshoot this problem, open a web browser and navigate to the following URL:
   http://172.18.0.2/ccn/clusterinfo.asp

The CCM/Cluster query has finished. No clusters were located.

When I try to open one of the URLs above, get a message: "HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied"

I have all possible permitions on the Callmanager but none of the Authentication algorithms pass: neither CCMAdministrator nor my Active Directory account.

The procedure described to enable CDR is not quiet clear. Steps do not match for my version of Callmanager.

Callmanagers are seen in Topology View.

Any advice is appreciated.

CCM greater than 4.x is not supported by Path Analysis.  You must have a Windows CCM cluster running 4.x code to support PA voice traces.

PA has been removed from future versions of Campus Manager, so support for newer versions (and CCM on Linux) is not going to be added.
