Not able to login to Supervisor Desktop

Hi,


We are using UCCX 7.0 with CME 7.0, iam not able to use cisco Supervisor Desktop. When i try to login it is rejected stating "entered Id was not found". I have configured this supervisor user in CCX -->tools-->usermanagement page. Is it enough do i need to do anymore configuration.

Hi,


Only adding the supervisor id to supervisor group is not sufficient.

You need to do the below:


  • Add the Supervisor Desktop ID to the supervisor group in Cisco Desktop Administrator

  • Add the Associate Supervisor Desktop ID to the team from the appadmin page

Hi,


Yes i missed the Team configuration with supervisor, now iam able to use CSD but iam not able to see secondary supervisor which i had added in User management page,we are having 10 Agents license does it related to license.

Hi,


Kindly let me know at what screen you are not able to see secondary superviosrs?

You need to assign the secondary supervisors to the team in the appadmin page.

The above configuration needs to be done at the same place where you defined the primary supervisor for a team in the appadmin page.
