We have a problem, we have BT FeatureNet (1000) via DPNSS connecting into a Cisco VG30D and on the other end of this is our Cisco Call manager system on QSIG.
When Cisco users call FeatureNet users via this box there is a "crackle" on the call, that seems to pitch itself with the dial tone or voice as you speak. The crackle is more noticable for Cisco users when they call FeatureNet.
We have tried to tweak various things on the VG30D and made it slightly better but its still not perfect.
Does anyone have any ideas what maybe causing this ?
