Hi,
I want to test this Chat service but when click in to this chat option either in Agent or supervisor there are no agents displayed in the Teamates field.
I verifed this Call Chat service it is up and running, what i need to do to use it.

Make sure that they are assigned to a team under the RmCm configuration in UCCX.
