7937 unable to make or receive outbound calls

7937 conference phone with call manager 7.0, not able to make or receive outbound calls, works ok for withing facility extensions. Matched config with working 7965, calling search space is correct, disabled G722 in service parameters, still doing the same.

Remove the data Vlan if you have one configured on the same port where the 7937 is connected and leave the port with only Voice Vlan.

what message do you hear when you dial out from the phone ? fast busy ? your call cannot be completed as dialed ? have you run an isdn debug on the gateway to see what error you are receiving for call failure?

Thank you for all the replies, I was hitting 2 bugs related to 7937 phone, CSCsl17593 is for incompatibility for G722 and CSCsy10653 for G729 issues on MGCP gateway. I had to remove the following command:

mgcp behavior g729-variants static-pt

and reset MGCP, a friend had same issue and opened a TAC case, I got this fix from him.
