CME promptmgmt not working

Hi,


promptmgmt for CME is not working, when the AVT number is dialed, it gives fast busy right away.

Please see the config from CME & CUE:

These forums are for UC500 support exclusively, not ISR's. As a general comment, please make sure that the phone that you are using to dial into the Prompt Management script is enabled for this function.
