when use cisco ipCC CRA,when we upload new Prompt, the error is The prompt file has an incompatible codec with that installed in the system。
why?how can we change the wav file to support G.729.???????????

Hi,
A bit confused about your post. You select the codec for the IPCCX system at installation, and you can see which is selected by going to System>System Parameters from the main menu (see below)
Your prompt will need to match that format. If your IPCCX is running G711 you can easily record your prompt using sound recorder. If it is running G729 you will need to find a G729 recorder, or if you are lucky you can use Unity (if you are running G729 as your format on it).

use Call manager cisco MOH Audio Translator, can change the PCM to G.729.
