Calling pilot from the US causing loops in the AA

Hi,

There is a cme router at a site located in the Caribbean, calls locally to the auto-attendant is working fine however the when calls are made from the US the DTMF tones are not working properly. This is causing loops in the auto-attendant every time the extensions or directory assistance is used. Does any one have any idea why this might be happening?

HI,

A few quick questions:

You say calls locally work fine - please define locally - from callers on the CME or from the local PSTN?

Additionally, when you call from the US and press a key do you get a response (even though it is an incorrect response) or do you get no response to your DTMF at all?
