HWIC 3G Card Firmware

I recently purchased 2  HWIC-3G-CDMA-V cards that apparently have no firmware on them.  When I do a show cellular hardware I get nothing but 0's.  How do I go about putting firmware on them?  Both are going into 2811 routers with  Version 12.4(15)T7 Advanced security firmware.

I found out what was going on.  It turns out the IOS on my router was too old for the firmware of the card.
