Unity Connection 7.X Migration from Unity 4.2 (COBRAS) Error on Restore Messages

Hello Experts!


I'm currently dealing with an error on the COBRA migration when is comes to restoring the Messages on the mailboxes.


I'm testing with one user for the moment.  Port 25 is open on both Unity Connection and the machine that I'm migration from.


The error is the following:

Please note the line in Bold.... I suspect there is my problem but I don't know how to proceed.

Hi,

Make sure you check the followings -


1. Stopped all the 3rd party anti-virus applications and firewall running on your PC.


2. Restarted SMTP server within connection manager Serviceability.

Also, be sure to check out the help file (I'm assuming you're at the latest version of COBRAS import) - there's a section in there titled "troubleshooting tips" and it has a section in there specifically for message transport.  In it you'll see that port 25 is not the whole story - HTTP is used for transfernig wav files and other ports ar at play.  So far 100% of the message transport problems reported to me have been either the security settings being wrong in Connection or a firewall/security app on the client side blocking it.
