Linking two call centers: IPCCE with CCM in site A and IPCC with CCM in site B

Hi All;

What is the best method to link between site A and site B, so agents in site A will handle the call center calls of site B and will handle the overflow (in case site B agents full, then site A agent to answer the call)?

Please note that site A in a country and site B in another country, where each site has it is own current running call center which is IPCCE + CCM.

Any advise?
