Transfer from huntgroup to voicemail.

I'm currently using Callmanager 6.1, and Unity 7.  I have a hunt group made and set the forward-no answer to go to a call handler extension.  But instead of getting the call handler greeting, all I get is the Unity default call handler.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have this problem too.

Hi Wayne,

The problem here is that Unity is seeing the DN of the Hunt Pilot/Group

coming in and does not recognise it. Create a Routing Rule (Forwarded call)

in Unity based on the Hunt DN that is set to route to the desired Call handler.
