Is there a way to so the agents can see where they are in the queue so they can anticipate when they might get a call?

I have this problem too.

What product: CCX or CCE?

If CCX, no. Agents have zero insight into that information sadly. You would need to look at a third-party wallboard (many provide browser-based interfaces) to show this to agents.
