How to configure UC 520

Hello all - I'm new to the UC500 line and I'm setting one up for demo purposes. How does one go about configuring it? From what I can tell it's either CLI or the Cisco Configuration Assistant. Is that right? The web access looks pretty limited. Any good docs you can point me to?
